In order to make our logistics more scalable, the first strap is already pre-selected and installed on the watch (it was just too complex for the fulfillment team to install a custom strap for every single order), and the second strap option is limited to what is displayed on each watch page. As such, neither can be customized beyond the options on each product page. The second strap is really intended to be a "bonus" or "free" add-on to sweeten the pot (maybe you'll fall in love with it). Of course, you can add on any additional straps from our site that you'd like!
